launches Audemars Piguet’s latest tourbillon skeleton watch Code 11.59 series Ref.26600 with a two-tone complex dynamic structure case. The new iconic hyperboloid crystal glass brings a unique visual experience!
Highlight 1. A quick glance cannot reflect the complexity and impressive craftsmanship of the Code 11.59 series. Its seemingly round case with a slim bezel is actually a multifaceted fusion of bold, juxtaposed architectural shapes. In tribute to the brand’s iconic Royal Oak bezel, the middle layer of the case is octagonal, with a thick brushed strap and polished chamfers. The lugs also feature a brushed surface and polished bevels, with a hollow design. Connecting the bezel and bottom cover, the arch protects the middle layer of the case. The contrast between the middle layer of the case and the bezel, lugs and bottom cover highlights the delicate structure of the case, which has a diameter of 41 mm.
Highlight 2: The dial is protected by an arched hyperbolic sapphire crystal, which is higher than the bright polished bezel, and the skeletonized tourbillon movement is unobstructed. The custom AP 2948 movement is a multi-layer manual winding tourbillon movement, with a vertically arranged movement, the tourbillon at 6 o’clock, and the barrel at 12 o’clock, which brings a pleasing symmetry to the skeleton. The elegantly curved bridge of the movement is in three different shades of gray, highlighting the depth and contrasting with the light gray barrel and gear train.
